Make the dressing. In a small bowl, whisk together the lime juice, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, minced garlic, salt, and pepper until smooth and emulsified. Set aside.

Assemble the salad. In a large bowl, combine the cucumber slices, red onion, dill, and corn. Gently fold in the diced avocado and crumbled feta, taking care not to mash the avocado.
